Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Please feel free to play like this whenever and however you like, Helle! This is wonderful!

Let's see. What we have here in a barren forest are two strangely patterned seals, each with a weird polka dot bird head, and squawking about something or other. Lots of color in this one, and a good job keeping you from going bananas.

What a delight! I love your friends. And you used an old phone book page? My word. You are proof that talent is in the artist, not in her materials. Brilliant work, no matter what you used. Love it!

Brilliant, Helle! You are an inspiration! I love their surprised expressions and the plump curves!

Such lovely friends with so very surprising colours, my friend. I'm with Tara, you can make art out of everything (but I don't know what 'Gelato' is.) Anyway in your hands everything will do it, :D!!!

A beautiful result of your playing. That would be a good title image for a children's book. You're really talented.

LOL - there must have been some sort of a malfunction gone on with their genetics ;)) inherited from a seal or bird family ??? very funny combination - 'I LOVE IT' - and so would children, no doubt ? Excellent and vivid imagination you have shown here !

if, by "collage," you mean something pasted on top of the painting, I can't find it---it really looks like it's all one painting. But maybe you meant the doubling up of pages that you described in a later upload. In any case, a sheer delight, and I didn't realize I hadn't commented on it yet. (Well I did, privately, but still.) I love your creative characters---these are duck-billed fish. They're like characters in a delightful children's animated film. And I love how their tales stand up, and i love their dotted heads and tails; and the stringy little growths all around them---which definitely look like they're underwater. (In your "inner world" piece, the red fish is now on the water's surface.) A delightful painting of the magical creatures of the sea. And those paper holes add to the piece---they're like bubbles that lined up at the top. So, is there anything left of your phone book??? I mean, how many paintings do you have left, before you start painting on Per? Or the cats? Or your relatives? If phone books are bringing this out in you, let me know: I'll send you a pile of Chicago phone books. You could do the whole Sistine Chapel on them! Wonderful painting, Helle. (And nice detailing on the fish's bodies too.)
