What fascinating shapes lurk in those shadows, Harry; a geometrician's dream! Beautifully captured!

whoa---I just read Helle's comment: How'd that shadow get upside down??? What a riot. I assume it's an optical illusion. (I mean, I know you sometimes move objects for better shots; but if you can move shadows, you're onto something huge, sir!) If you placed this cart---by moving it a bit here or there---it's a marvelous angle, cutting across the diagonals of the white lines, the curb, etc. And those shocks of red (in the cart) against that sunlit silver, and against the gray and green, are really fine. (And the shadows are so well lined up with the white lines.) Simple subject, but filled with linear and light-shadow contrasts in your usual fashion...And the patch of water---with reflection---gives a chunk of depth to the piece too. More fine abstract work from you, all done with a simple shopping cart!
