I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

(See, if you had a real sense of drama, you'd show 6 high rises you designed, a few frescoes, and a town square. "I did these in my spare time...") A really sensitive drawing, Rod. In the shirt, for example, you caught the relaxed drape of it, the intensity of the collar, the relaxed way it fades into the paper (at bottom), and with a relatively small number of strokes...wonderfully done. Her face uses several intensities of shading, making her somewhat melancholy (to my eyes). And you caught her to-the-side gaze, with her somewhat 'blank' look, while also intimating something private in her thoughts. That's not easy in any medium. You drew intense eyes, yet also got a plainness in her expression. Her hair has wonderful detail---your highlights (I assume bare paper?) are beautifully articulated. I've zoomed all of these (the full 3 clicks), and your detailing is striking---even her lips are a complex of highlight and shade, and the delicate grain that pencil is so great at. Beautiful pencil work---I've yet to do a facial portrait this good. (I did some cartoon portraits which made my models wanna sue me---but that's another story.) I assume a bunch of your fans are thinking, at this point, "where have you been keeping these, all this time??? More fine portraiture from you.

I like the simplicity and the clean feeling this one has. It's a terrific drawing! If I knew more about what I was talking about, I'd give you month-long comments like Mark's. LOL! I was pretty sure he would be interested in seeing your pencil work. :)

This is AWESOME! I can barely draw water from a faucet. You are a multi-talented man indeed. Sorry I missed your birthday. Hope you had a great day!

Nice work! You might try using a chamois, I think you'd be able to achieve some nice results with the skin.
