She's a lovely lady Jenni. Many people are not photographic (I'm one of them) but it is up to the photographer to work with the right angles depending on their face structure, age and weight and of course getting it right. I think you chose a very pleasing angel that accentuates all the right things, especially the eyes. The lighting is very soft and pleasing and wraps around your subject without any harsh shadows (love soft boxes)...great dof as well. I'm sure she was very pleased with the results.
