I'm back for another comment on your recent foray into Amberlight: What a wonderful burst of creation this has brought out in you. Here, again, you have that wonderful grain---something I just don't expect with sinewy super-nova shapes like these. The original is also awash in the kinds of hues you used so beautifully in your mixed media work: Those peach hues with purples and yellows---to die for. In 2 and 5, you turned the grain into a kind of field of magnetic fillings---where the "dots" coagulate into colonies. In 3 and 4, you get really intense color transformations: In 3, that green-yellow is positively neon, and a knockout; and you have dark orange with deep purple (love the combo). And in the 4th, you have the purple lighting up from behind, and you've made the burst on the right a muddy green---it looks like a set of nerve strands in some major pain. The bright pinks are terrific. And the final one, you've made it very "strand-y," like a series of threads all flying around. With those neon greens again. I love these. I'm not ignoring your other work, but I had to comment on these now. They're so new for your gallery, and they've been terrific---something your fans, above, agree on.

These are all quite impressive. Didn't expect such an image in your gallery; a very nice surprise!
