What a beautiful picture! When I first saw it I was thinking that it was taken over here in NEW England. I live in southern New Hampshire and our foliage over here is at peak right now and it is beautiful.

Wonderful light and POV, but you should correct the blue tones which look not very natural. Sorry for my critical comment :)
