A dense thicket of bamboo, sitting amidst a ground swell of dead leaves, captured 5/10/15 @ 10:35 am, at the beautiful Fullerton Arboretum in beautiful Fullerton, California. Ta.

Excellent capture of this slightly dried-out bamboo nesting in its own detritus, Harry; I guess the dry conditions might work to keep its growth somewhat under control.

Ditto Claude and Denise. The lines and clarity are scintillating. And the light, in spots, is like cream. Your pov puts us right into the ganglia and brings home how dense these thickets can be. Full zoom brings out your detail. Fine work, once more.
