First, it's great that you dedicated this to Harry/goodoleboy: He deserves our praise for all he does here. And his comments are some of the best---literate, refined, very perceptive, funny and very supportive. And what a great image you made for him! This rock singer almost looks "punk": She's shouting with rage in her eyes, she's dressed perfectly for her style, and you did her posture beautifully. In your portraits, you really do posture beautifully. This woman's torso is facing to our right, while her legs pan-out to our left and her head faces left. Real balance in direction.

And those long heels! And that great, great microphone stand: The legs of the microphone stand are like the wings of a gracious bird. I love those! You have the right mike too. And in the right corner? A smaller but equally powerful guitarist. And a great posture on him too: He's bent back like he's about to shoot someone, and those legs are terrific! I love how they spread out, and how you crumple his pants around his feet. He's a great silhouette, with an angry face, and that great scalloped hair. He's the perfect addition to this painting.

Terrific job, Yves. And a fine dedi for a wholly deserving artist. Great job!

Wonderful image. Reminded me of an artist called Moebius. Le Gangs dans la Vie (?) Have I got this right. . . ? Believe it or not my English is worse.
