Description

APO/ 7X/ Photo Filter Yes it is getting colder, in fact frosty in the mornings and snow on it's way ! How-ever Nov. 1st and the major stores are decked out for Christmas ! Sadly--- Where is the respect and honor gone for the Fallen Soldiers that made a clear path for the rest of us. Remembrance Day is NOVEMBER 11 in Canada. Sadly---- Some young people have no idea ---- I only hope they don't have to live through the horror and sadness of their ancestors ~ With that ---- Old Timers please keep the Passion of the Past in the Present. Buy a Poppy as a reminder and pass the message on : IN Least WE FORGET. Thanks..

This is lovely, like peacock feathers! I've bought a special poppy this year, an enamelled brooch.

I have to agree, Christmas should be at the earliest December 1st, I think its greedy stores. A beautiful image. I buy a different enamel poppy every year, even have one that represents the animals in the war. xxx We also have November 5th to contend with that goes on for a week :😡

A beautiful image to go with the sentiment.

It's not just stores. I was walking the dog last night and someone had their Christmas tree up already!

Those fractal colours are really telling me something of the 'cold November' mood in Canada ... I don't envy you Glendaw, it is quite sad - but then again we have to learn to take - the GOOD with the BAD, how else would we ever get older and wiser ?

Our Spring weather here, feels already like Summer, simply gorgeous ;)

Cheers BB

Your words are to remember, dear Glenda, so is your fractal that seems to be very old craft, like making a carpet for all those fallen soldiers. I hope you do not have to travel a lot in the cold which is so early arrived in your area, my friend.

Cool looking fractal, like those 70's black velvet and chalk images, a very neat effect and result !

I'm not very confident in the younger generation, 1 EMP bomb, fry their phones and they'll be f...cked !

~Cheers~
