I met the current owner. a really friendly man. he bought from the tax liability on the home. song and a dance price no less probably. he had it repainted and the paint job is darn near perfect. has 3 colors

another fine angled shot of a home (or building) from you, with plenty of shadow and fine detail. We have these refurbished exteriors all over Chicago, they bring old dignified homes to life with amazing new breath. You gave us much of the front lawn, which roots the house (and makes it more inviting). And your angle gives us about as much of the house as one can get in one shot: I take it you're wholly at home with this kind of shooting, as you do it with ease. Also, the urn in front is a terrific accent, esp in that bright white hue. Fine job again.

This home is beautifully restored! Wonderful job they did and a beautiful old home. He may have bought it for a song but he spent a lot of money to bring it back to this level of beauty. No telling what inside details needs modernizing like electrical and water.
