wow---Helle returns for a beautiful birthday image! How great to see you here! I love this piece. It's almost like stained glass...and the forms are all broken into dabs of light (like pointillism). We have your recognizable motifs---the bird, the leaves, the ornament---but this time, it's all articulated by tons of little color-bursts. It really feels like stained glass to me! I love it---and it's just right for Bill, ie: delightful, dancing, kind, radiant. Happy Birthday, Bill! And a great bursting dedi, Helle. And I hope your eyes are getting better each day!

Beautiful! There is so much going on in a lovely, subtle way, that I keep looking at it again and thinking there is text that will become clear if I take another look. Then I realize what I'm seeing ... the lines and circles interacting with each other ... and realize there's no message other than good wishes for Bill! But it's quite engaging, and I've enjoyed sitting with it for a while. Lovely work!
