Description
Location: Hanseatic city of Lübeck
This swing-bridge was rehabilitated in october 2014 and re-opened in may 2015.
The month-long lockout caused a small traffic jam.
I am very glad that i did not have to drive over this bridge on my way to work ;)

you have a fine-tuned eye for the intersection of architectural and urban forms. You create a real counterpoint. Wonderful shot of that bridge, its walkway, and that building to our right. Such a contrast---even the hues make wonderful contrast. A very complex, nuanced shot---yet very bold. And that little bit of winding road in the background gives the image a small flourish. Wonderful work once more.
