you've turned the sky into a kind of tapestry. I love the textures and eerie beiges and browns. The roof looks both decayed and spilled-on, like a neighboring home was torn down, and these are some of the debris. Also, your choice to have that chimney in the upper corner is wonderfully spooky: Against that sky, it's like a shot from one of the old horror films (like Frankenstein). Spooky, and beautifully done. I wish luck in selling it. This shot wouldn't help sell it, of course, but it brings out the mystery of abandoned places, and is bathed in deep dark shadows. More of your consummate work, Nikolay.

Beautiful shot !

Your image made me think of a novel written by Charles Dickens, "Bleak House". It certainly fits the title. Your post work and the chimney standing starkly against that wonderful sky give the image an air of mystery and even menace. Outstanding work, sir.

I agree with wyswig, it is like bleak house. Super capture & mood. Xx

Bleak and eerie at once; stunning portrayal of this old home.

I like the leaves and branches. It gives me the feeling that something is probably growing on the roof, as well as harboring fallen vegetation. It blurs the line between life and death, between natural and manmade. I have an attraction for liminal spaces, those things that are not wholly one thing or another. This comforts my heart.

Showing life's decay here, whether human or objects, really excellent composition and there is still such beautiful softness to this dilapidated scene because of those wind-blown Autumn leaves on the roof and those intriguing clouds in the sky.
Fine work Nikolay, Cheers Brit
