Very nice ! Btw. if you don't like the way the dress clinks to the underside of the breast and want to make it look more natural, try the 'Smoothing Modifier' under Edit->Object->Geometry->Apply smoothing modifier. After that adjust the iteration count to get the dress look more natural.
