fascinating shot! They look real, except for the 'shine' in several spots. And the white ones looked snowed-on, at first. But also, you have all types of focus here: Heavy on on leaf, and mid to bokeh'd in other portions. With blurred orbs of light in the background---which become part of the design. A very unexpected shot! And, false or no, the leaves make for an almost abstract and very enticing shot.
