Description

we have had wind for several days, but yesterday, I seen the tree was not moving so I went and got my camera. as soon as I went out the door the wind was blowing again. not the best focus but maybe you can appreciate all the colors

we can see a little of the movement, it's apparent that these leaves are in motion. And the effect is a kind of "splash" of leaves, and it's carpet-like and beautiful, Richard. Amazing all those leaves are still intact, considering it's almost December! Closeups on leaves can be monotonous; but when they're not---as here---they're lush and vivid. And isn't it amazing that if we left a ton of detritus on the sidewalk, we'd be arrested; but trees leave their stuff everywhere, and no one says a word, lol. One of the most beautiful discards in nature...
