Description
Greetings all. Here is another experiment with DOF, this time done with Poser. In this render I had some fun going way back to a Poser 4 vintage character called Gaia. She was a V2 derivative and her garb in this render is an outfit for Vicky2. With Poser 4 there was no such thing as Subsurface Scatter but sometime later a person named Royston Harwood (snarlygribbly) gifted a python script to the Poser community called "EZSkin" that gave us SSS for the SmithMicro line of characters. It is free from RDNA. Turns out this script worked on Gaia so she got a SSS makeover for this render. She also got some cool StudioArtVartanian "Twingo" hair. All that being said, I do hope you enjoy an old school Elf from the Poser 4 days.

Great use of DOF. I would be proud to accomplish a render like this one. Regarding older characters, isn't it amazing how many of them still have lots of life left in them when we approach them in a creative fashion?
