"Android 16"
This is a sketch I did
at the request of my son.
The original image
was on the back cover of
the DragonballZ Magazine
over a year ago and this
sketch is loosely referenced
from that backcover. I say
"loosely" because I've changed
a few aspects in his bodysuit, etc.

The sketch was done with .3 and .5
lead and a mechanical pencil.
The Frame and Rose were done
in PSP7 with finishing touches in Corel.

I know this dude...he was they android that loved the animals. Anyway...I really like the pose and if you you'd implement a bit more contrast I'd love it even more.

Dragonball Z rocks! My daughter and I watch it over dinner almost everyday LOL. Great work on this image. I love your shading techniques... it reminds me of the way that I used to draw back in the day (I'm only digital now). Once again, great work.
