They have made movies about the story... every one say's it was an man but there is still no clear cut ID on who or what it was Was it one person or an small group.... was there an reason for the attacks... who ever done these crimes removed a certain part of the body when the killing took place.... Untill we have an real Dr. Who I guess we will still round the came fires and tell the story

It's going to take a bit of work trying to rip the victim with a walking cane, maybe he's just marking where to start cutting ? LOL
