Very nice. May I suggest, however, that Marilyn Monroe relished being admired and photographed? There would never have been even a trace of apprehension or hesitancy in her expression.

That's very true for Marilyn but not so much so for Normal Jean. This image was originally going to be titled 8-8-62 which was the date of Marilyn's funeral. This scene has Norma standing inside of a crypt. If you look closely to the right of her head, you should be able to make out the name of another famous suicide victim. That's why I didn't use the date for the title.
