An extraordinary mural! I am still enjoying our holiday.

Lol---Andrea writes "I am still enjoying our holiday"---I don't know if she meant "your" holiday, but I like "our" holiday, because you've made it ours, in the constant stream of eye-grabbing, vivid shots you've shared. I never had a feeling of Prague in my mind; but now it feels so alive, thanks to you.

It looks like you had to work thoughtfully to bring out this mural, while keeping everything else in balance. At that, the mural is very clear, esp considering it's in shadow. We can even see the decay on the wall below. (If that's because you coaxed it out delicately, kudos: It's clear as can be.) The deep dark reds above the mural are real shadow reds; and the orange arch and surrounding wall and roof are in striking contrast; and, in this shot, we can see the aging of the walls, the decay, and other things you bring out whenever you can (which I love). Oddly, the heaviest light here is on the bottom; and it balances out the looming structure above it. The way you cropped it, the roof could go on forever, a dramatic crop! Another eye-grabbing shot from you, and that mural is just fascinating, on its own.

this is one place where I'd forget to take any pictures as it is so beautiful and interesting.
