Description
A city neighbor is remodeling his older patched home, as are so many others.
A current trend is to buy smaller (50's style) houses on large lots, remove/replace existing structures, then rebuilding "leggo" style, with assembly kits to fit any taste and budget. Note that trees are removed (from earlier uploads).
... and the beat goes on.
