I think it's looking great! Nice mix of "cel" shading and more smooth, computer shading.

These people don't watch Dragonball Z, so I will personally say this, this is the best version of Super Buu thus far!! Kept it up!! Don't forget the smaller form of "Chibi Buu" if you decide to draw that,add a power ball as one of his signature moves. L8ter!

Very nice! A pastel colour is basically a light, muted version of a colour; it takes its name from the art medium called (surprise!) pastels. Those are something like crayons, but don't contain as much wax. They're super blendable and traditionally come in muted shades, hence the ref. to pale colours as pastels developed.
