wow, what a bizarre treat---not only for the Halloween decorations this late in the year, but for the crazy mix with them: The red signs on the rope cordoning them off, the trash can (in that color!), the big---what?---traffic things (those orange white things), what looks like a big piece of tubing, a meter, and Christmas lights...And you got half of it in deep shadow which makes all this almost sinister, with an old cracked road in front. Love this image. A terrific decoration mess.
