Description

A view of Cesky-Krumlov from the castle which sits on a hill above the town. We spent most of our time walking through the town (& eating a leisurely lunch), so we actually had little time left to spend touring the castle itself & had to rush through to be able to get back to our bus in time. One of the things I mentioned that I didn't like about cruise/group travel was having to adhere to timetables like that... Please zoom.

Hm, not sure which I would rather see, the view of the castle from the town or the town from the castle! Equally lovely...I hate timetables too, when it comes to this sort of thing your own timing is of utmost importance!

Brilliant! What I like best about cruises is that other people go on them and then share their photos. So I don't have to put up with crowds, drinkers, or compulsory music whilst I eat !

Another almost fairy-tale quality shot of rooftops...magical from your vivid hues, from the clarity of your shapes, and from the pov with that beautiful bit of land jutting into the river and causing it to break up (on the surface); and from the haze in the background making it all seem like it's emerging out of a dream. I've learned, from this trip, that you're a master of roofline shots. And the framing of the autumn trees at bottom is beautiful.
