when you get a high compliment from Mandi (blankfrancine), it's a great stamp of approval, given that she 'creates' these scenes...Another exquisite capture of nature...the road is a perfect divider, with that deep slate red---your hues are so vivid and true. And the contrast between the peaks on the right and the left is stunning---light and dark, and of course those magnificent striations. Your detail is, once again, stunning. With more rocks in the back---another punctuation mark to the shot---and beautiful trees upfront. (And I like that crazy car, all stretched in the right foreground.) Masterful. If I ever shoot the west, this is the kind of photography I'd like to aspire towards...
