The weather is not very nice at the time. The sun shines rarely and the wind blows strongly.

Sounds like the weather here too...it's challenging! The shot is a lovely seasonal capture, and seems to represent the soul of the photographer stuck in the city in winter.

you do these 'minimalist' photos so very well...It's not minimalist, because you got a lot of detail in the curb and road, not to mention the drab soaked leaves in the lower right corner...but it's minimalist in that it's just 3 "bands"---the curb (and patch of grass), the puddle (and leaf), and the road. And that leaf is nearly dead-center---something you've skillfully counter-balanced with all your diagonals. Like your fractals, this leaf is presented beautifully. A bleak capture, but a beautiful photograph.
