Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Terrific! You know I always admire how you know when to stop. Brilliant!

Another beauty. I can see this on the wall in a small cafe with brick walls and soft classical music in the background ... checkered tablecloths and a rich wine list!

Such a beautiful still life painting Halle, with lovely detail. How frustrating that your program has stopped working. I hope you can get it up and running again.

You have captured the translucence of the bottle perfectly! Wow, great eye and technique!

I am impressed with all your skills of the brush and leaves me paling with insignificance, compared to you, as the real ARTIST ! I only wish, I had your talents ... now to your glass and bottle of ? and all that fruit... let me just imagine this to be some peaches and home-made peach liqueur - OK, that will be just fine with me - one glass full, for a taste sensation and medicinal purposes only, it would probably cure anything thanks for sharing Helle
PS - on wine: the secret of enjoying a good wine: a) open the bottle and allow it to breathe ! b) if it does not look like, it's breathing - give it mouth to mouth !

lol, brigitte (mouth to mouth), and I love andrea's comment---you know when to stop. You know, I never thought about that, but you really do. Even in your wild fantasy pieces, you know when you've done just the right amount. (I don't know when or where to stop.) I love this. It's watercolor through and through; and, with Denise, you captured the translucence of the bottle perfectly. Beautiful light in this painting. And the contrasts of the wine with the green of the bottle, and its label, is beautiful. As are your highlights on the bottle. And the gentle mix of reds, yellows and greens on the fruits. And your background is free and wash-filled, with the wall literally 'dripping around' the bottle (leaving an opening for it). This is a sketch, yes, but it's complete and very airy. And it has much beautiful light. You do beautiful work quickly, Helle. I mean, this may not have been "quick", but it's not days of work; and you create a complete vision in a very spontaneous painting. I love it.

Outstanding work Helle. God bless.

Splendid watercolor-like colors and brush stokes in this old master-like still life, Helle. And I don't know what PSP9 and PSP X3 are.
