BIOA few words: Ive been disabled (TB) for bulk of life. Now retired & purchased a computer three years ago (August 2002) when the word processor failed. Insisted on building it around Painter (then 7 now IX), & discovered Ultra Fractal in January 2005. Dont understand it, but thats the fun and the agony. Was always a keen amateur photographer, which mentally supported my weekend rambling. I was a member of the Regional Council of the Youth Hostels Association for a short while.
Towards the end of working life began attending various art classes and became a member of our esteemed local arts club. I regularly exhibit in their Annual Open (when the selectors allow) & nowadays resolutely enter computer art into their periodic critiques partly to overcome prejudices & to give the traditional artists some familiarity with this very different medium.
I live in Bristol UK, but am a Yorkshireman by birth.

Hi Cliff,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!
I've not been active on the list for quite some time. I've been devoting a lot of the time I used to spend in UltraFractal reading and reviewing books. I am always doing something creative depending on how the wind blows.
I hope this finds you well and enjoying the season.
Love, Mad

Hi Mad,
Stalwarts are always missed so don't forget UF or the List. They enrich life. Whatever, be happy, enjoy, and particularly as 2015 says adieu.

... And a very Merry Christmas and a Hilariously Happy New Year to you, too, Cliff :) My New Year Resolution is to start going over my notes of Janet Parke's UF course... I have forgotten too much!
Love and hugs, and the best of everything for 2016, Lale

Hi Lale, Sadly I didn't try Janet's esteemed courses as I knew the memory would play truant and I only remember loss. Old bones seek their own company. Thanks for the good wishes and I'm glad to see that communication with the List was restored.
Cliff.
