Description
I've done several of these (and in color too).
No fractals, just digital painting.
Thanks for stopping by when you're all so busy with the season!
Have a fine Sunday

Very nice work Mark. I like the monchrome look very much. It gives a mystic touch to the image and stimulates the imagination of the viewer.

I do enjoy your fabric art. But as I've told you before, I'm a scarf fiend. Wonderful textures and flow in this lovely work.

Very oriental, even in mono!

I enjoy that monochrome appearence, and looks like heavy texture on it.

A sinuous topographical map of arctic mountain ranges on an exotic alien planet. I would have been unable to resist the urge to color it & I would love to see your color versions, Mark...

Wow, what a marvelous texture you have achieved with your digital painting and of course I love how it looks like a fractal. I can see lovely detail in the B&W too. A super abstract Mark.

Not all of us are busy with the season. Unless you count lighting candles. I thought this was actual fabric. Very impressive work with a beautiful pattern. And your post work makes it look as if it's covered in frost.

I used to go downtown and wander around the galleries, the fabric art was always the best.

OH Yes, a silk scarf would be nice in these colors. I am also a scarf fan. ;-) Very lovely indeed. I am a bit short these days. Busy :-)

Say, I like the way you fabricated this image of the fabric with those most unique textures, Mark. Splendid bit of contrast in this effort.

This is gorgeous, Mark! It has the look (and I can imagine the feel..) of fine silk, woven by skilled artisans. And this is a digital painting?? WOW!
Stunning!
