Hi! My name is Ed and I am just getting back in to photography. I have been taking pictures since the late 60's but kind of stopped for almost 30 years. I took mostly point and shoot pictures for years and decided to get back into a little more hands on photography.
I just got a Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm Telephoto lens. I plan on getting some filter for both and doing a little experimentation with them.
I am interested in all types of photography, but lean towards landscape and trick photography. Â I also would like to try HDR in the future.Â
I would appreciate any feed back that I can get as this will help me fine tune my skills.
Unless stated, all photos are straight from the camera with no Photoshop manipulation.

Delightfully Beautiful Work,

I have stood in that very spot so many times (my parents used to live across the lake, and we'd boat over for lunch and shopping when I visited). While it may be the same stones that were in the original bridge, the feeling of it after being rebuilt is completely different; I think they power-washed all of the history off before they shipped them over. Still, it's a lovely bridge, and makes for some great shade on the 100+ degree days of summer. Great POV and excellent capture!

Very richly colored image & that plant in the foreground really adds a lot to the beauty of this shot as well...
