lol Mike. This isn't wonderful just for the sculpture; it's also for the whole shot, ie, the angled 'buttressed' wall, the multi-colored hues on the wall-stones, the recessed doorway, the amber reds of the door (with a deep red stoop), the wonderful burnt-beige of the far right wall, and the texture and hues of the walkway. With your usual clarity (form and hue), you've contrasted the sculpture with it's surroundings, and made a wonderful conglomerate. Not easy to get contrast with this busy background, but I think the individualized 'presence' of everything makes good contrast possible, esp with that bleached white on top. I love this image.

It's a well-done sculpture, and I'm fascinated by the mounting; it seems as if it would be rotating with gravity down to the ground! Striking and well presented!
