Description
"There is no need for humans to be involved in military or police ground duties. The Government has decided that such tasks can be carried out just as efficiently, and at far less cost in monetary and human resource terms, by robots, cyborgs and androids (such as are normally referred to as simply 'bots' in common parlance. We have recently noticed an upsurge in crimes committed by rogue bots whose owners have yet to be identified. Such bots, when apprehended, will be destroyed; there will be no need to find extra jail space or trial time, which will also reduce the cost of punishing criminal elements."
