Description
If you look at the description for the black and white version, you'll have the story of this one. I had the idea, and intended the image to be black and white. Then I found I rather liked the colour one, too. Anyone who looks can help me decide - whichever one gets the most positive comments will be the one to stay, the other will be pulled at Christmas. Thank you for voting!

I like the black and white... except the halo which gets lost in the b&w. Wonder what the B&W would look like in the style where only one thing (the halo) is coloured.

M & I talked about that, thought it might read a little too 'Hallmark Precious'. :-) Could try it out... just closed GIMP, but I have nothing exciting planned for the day... then I'd need to put up a third choice. I'll see which everyone likes, first. I'll send you a version.

Both version are simply stunning, but I like this one slightly better... it's warmer.

Thank you! Yes, I think you hit on why the colour one appealed to me...

I like this one better than the B&W one. I think the halo is lost in the other one and the skin doesn't look right in the B&W one... too plastic like, the color one gives her skin warmth and depth.

That's a definite vote for colour, thank you for voting :-) I suspect, at this point, the colour is going to win...
