Description
Just to prove that NPR (Non-Photorealistic) is somewhat possible in Poser Pro 11's Cycles Surfaces with SuperFly in GPU mode. Other details on the composite image.

I just got Poser 11 and will be playing with it over Christmas and New Year's break, so I'm VERY excited to see this. My thoughts are that this is a good start, but there's still work to be done. You're losing too much detail on the chest -- it's just a flat expanse of color. The outlines are a bit thin and washed out -- it's like the color is printing over them, rather than the outlines defining the color boundaries. The biggest issue is the skullcap -- it just doesn't look right. It needs some sort of feathering (a transmap?) to provide a blend between green hair and flesh. Nevertheless, this is a FANTASTIC start and I love seeing someone doing something other than striving for strict realism. BRAVO!

Yeah - thanks for the comments. I have to keep tweaking the Cycles shader settings and the lighting as well. Still think it is possible to get an outline and cel-shaded look using Cycles and SuperFly. After all the Christmas partying ! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
