Description

a shot I took at the beach a few months back. Slightly modified Do you people really think I'm going to just upload any old image without some form of fiddling about? In the meantime, I want to wish everyone and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. thank you for all your wonderful and interesting comments! I appreciate and enjoy them all

wholly exceptional, Mike, a great piece of transformation...this patch of beach has become an aerial view of a very dramatic desert and rock area, with mounds, big rock ridges, greenery, and even the trails of rivers and eddies, etc. Your grain is wonderful, as is your ever-so-slightly infra-red feeling, coming from your luminous and mysterious hues. (I esp like the hues on the rock-formation, or log, rising up from the bottom-center). A piece of beautiful transformation for the "dark season" (in the northern hemisphere), where stories of magic and transformation abound. Merry Christmas to you too, Mike, and thank you not only for your wonderful art and imagination, but for your wonderful and caring comments, both in my gallery (much appreciated!) and everywhere else. I hope the season has, and will, bring you much joy and love and inspiration. My thanks for this and everything else!

Great work on this awesome scene!!! At first I thought it was a shot of the Earth from above. But after investigating a little closer I noticed the driftwood and realized it shot at a much closer range. lol! very cool photo manip. Mike!!!
