Really beautiful sculpt on the horse. Very accurate and I definitely wouldn't consider this newbie work so not sure why you have it in this category. That's a compliment of course. =P

Thanks! It's probably fair to say that with traditional media, I am not a newbie, since I've been drawing/sculpting since I was small, but when it comes to modeling, meshing and rendering, it's a new frontier for me. :) I see such finished and refined 3D renders by others and I still feel pretty incompetent haha. This horse is one of my first ZBrush sculpts. I had hoped to get it 3D printed.

Beautiful sculpture I would offer good money for the real thing being a big horsey person, they would look beautiful with the light gleaming off the brass as that is what they look brass horses quite hard to find with such beautiful detail and posture

Well done.

Thanks, Insanecatlady, that's a big compliment to me because bronze/metal casting was a big thing with the local artists where I grew up in Kalispell and I always wanted to have one made. :) I do still plan to get this 3D printed one day. Due to price I was thinking of doing this in wax or porcelain first - wax I could go get "chased" the traditional way at a foundry. My mom used to work in one of those places.
@ EldritchCellar - thanks friend! :)
