Description

I visited Monte Carlo in November this year when staying with some friends who live in Nice in the south of France. I'd seen a large cruise liner in the harbour so I'd gone off to have a look at it. I was surprised how close I could get and took lots of photos of it from various angles and distances. As I turned to walk back along the quay, I noticed a door which looked as though it led into a glass-sided waiting room. When I opened the door I found myself looking at this scene! I couldn't see any notices to tell me where the stairs went and I didn't go down to find out because I didn't want to have to climb all the way back up them again!

Stairs are always great for photographs. Maybe the ISO is set a bit too high, so u got noise into it.
