Seems like you have been hassled by a moderator (?) but as you have clearly stated 'not for commercial use' and followed the Games-workshop guidelines I can't see a problem, I made a Borderlands 'Clap-trap' robot model for myself and the same thing geos, if you don't sell it, then it is classed as fan-art and perfectly o.k.
Anyhow I hope this problem gets sorted out, as I really like all things Warhammer 40K and enjoy creating 3D scenes inspired by that Universe !
~Cheers~

what about under the creative commons copyright as an artisit ? as in fan art like star wars George Lucas don't care if you draw something that resemble an x wing or TIE fighter

thank you for your support, it makes kimberly C remove the dreadnought and thunderhawk due to copyright ... I'm a little bummed ... but, comes a new dreadnaught! with arms that will change, power fist, autcanon, heavy bolter, plasma heavy, heavy laser ... etc like Mikael and clothes ....
