In contrast to your "Fractal Dancer" image, before this, you use more hues here, and brighter hues too. This does indeed look like smoke; only a neon-powered smoke. And, once again, your line-work is delicate and silken. And, like smoke that has just risen from its source, the smoke in this image stays within a "cylinder" shape. You cropped it just right, too.
