I don't recall which variety this is, as I cut the blooms and took the plant back out to the greenhouse!

well if you don't know the variety, I sure don't! In zoom, it's like a big luscious iced dessert---such lush textures on the front petal, or it's like a plush throw rug. And the rest of the shot is sensual and soft, and makes a dream background for it. Your flickr version is a terrific abstract painting in feel, with whites of all kinds illuminating it. A terrific pair of shots. I like them both equally.
