Captured on my way home after visiting my grandsons. January 1st. After the sleepless night the city looks deserted. Have a wonderful year!

oh, wonderful winter light...abandoned but bright, cold but warm, and you got wonderful textures on that front facade, with its decay and graffiti...And that lone street-car moving quietly in the distance...A wonderful evocation of the first of the year. It's like that in Chicago too, believe it or not...even this massive city grinds to a halt on such days. A gentle beautiful shot; and a wonderful new year to you too, Nikolay.
