Hello! My name is Teri and I've been around for over 69 years in various forms. I am happily married (51 years!), have two daughters and four grandchildren.
I discovered Poser 2 many years ago but didn't do much with it. In 2006 I found a copy of Poser 4 and got interested again. I was working in Poser 10 before I switched to Daz Studio in late 2017. I'm gradually getting the hang of most of it.
When not playing on the computer, I help my husband with his start-up Bio Tech business, refinish furniture, knit, crochet, and read. We grab our grandchildren every chance we get and delight in their antics.
Discovering this community has been a great source of fun and support in trying times.I am amazed at the level of talent I see in both the gallery and the products that are offered. It baffles me how little points on a screen can turn into people or trees and move. I'll always be blond I guess!
Thanks for looking.

You know you did leave the door wide open for all kinds of off-color "wood" wisecracks, right? But I shall refrain...... :-P
Seriously, this is a fun and well done smile-inducer, Teri! A delightful way to end the week!

Teri, my favs stopped working all of a sudden...I fav and then it goes back to un-fav'd. I think I got it to work for this image...but know that the others would be favs too. I'll fix this in the next day or two...
This is a delight! I love the expression on the woman. She almost seems to be analyzing it like it were an investment problem. I love her glasses and the details of her clothes. I love the joints on both of them. And his mustache (I assume that's a mustache), and hat, and saturated blue shorts. And they're at a big waterfall, with grand peaks behind---not too shabby for a proposal! Love the light on him, with that dark finish...Delightful, could make a good series; wonderful play for a winter day. (That wasn't supposed to rhyme, but sometimes I get lucky...)

To think that inanimate (?) objects such as wooden toys can exhibit feelings of love, too. Hans Andersen played with this idea in his moving fairy tale The Steadfast Tin Soldier as well!
Gorgeous setting. I especially love the mist in the distance. Perhaps a few wooden articles e.g. some wooden toys nearby to offer the couple some company? :)
