Description

A lot of work! A lot of fun! Learned some new techniques & a few valuable lessons along the way. "The Dragon Slayer" is Apollo Maximus. I used body morphs to create all the armor. Created the "Slayer Axe" by combining a double sided axe and mace into one. "The Serpents" are standard Poser cobra characters, but I changed the maps so they would fit better and look more realistic. The terrain was created with gray maps and DEM files in Bryce. The background was rendered in Apophysis. It took about three days to build and test. Staging and lighting took another day. Final render ( 10 hours) and post render touch up took another day. So now the frightened villagers can rest easy! John Cleese has slain the nasty giant serpents with large teeth!
