Description
Hi,
Taken at a sunny (again)Flying Legends Airshow 2015, having flown in from France is an aircraft needing no introduction at all..
Normally Duxford has the Lufthansa owned Ju52 but this was very much different, wearing full Luftwaffe markings..
I gather its owned by Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis, so there you go.. (who run several Warbirds).
Thanks for remembering me folks..
I am trying to get back into commenting but bear with me..
Rob

Iconic transport aircraft that as you say needs no introduction. I've always liked these and would love a flight in one. Given the time I have on my hands I have thought about getting back into plastic kit making again.

Fantastic capture of this classic Rob - Tante Ju. In 2014 when we went to Duxford, no Ju-52 showed up period. That was a bummer. Did she fly? Because I love the sound they make!

Nice to see the Ju (the Germans called it "Tante Ju", means "aunt ju") in military colors. I know the Lufthansa Ju and see it flying over my house up and now...
