We had some overnight snow, after torrential rain over the last three days, leaving us with slippy conditions underfoot. Once the sun came out the temperature crept up to 5C, Christian and it melted away. This is well captured, considering how transitory snow is before it becomes ice. Nicely done. God bless and keep you, your art, and your sense of awe and wonder. John.

yes, beautifully composed. You have the vertical branch off-center, which is a fine choice, as it allows the left-side of the branch to stretch out. And the gentle purple 'flare' (on the left) is a beautiful accent for the image. The focussed parts of the ice are very intense; and the non-focussed parts are like jewels in the light. More beautiful ice work from you, Christian.
