The ABIN, Brazil's foreign intelligence agency, has a dedicated unit of honey-trap operatives. Four of them have been sent to track down and extradite a fraudster believed to be hiding in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, due to some misplaced paperwork on the part of the ABIN, they've been given the strip search at LAX and prevented from boarding their connecting flight.
