Description

This is a watercolor painting done on commission and I confess, it was a little intimidating. I had never done a moose and getting the proportions and musculature was challenging, but after a few sketches I dove in. I only used 3 colors, Ultramarine blue, Azo Orange and Burnt Sienna. This was done to keep the color harmonious and I think it worked well. The original is better, more subtle in tone. Anyway, hope you all like it and best wishes to everyone!
