trying to catch up on some of the recent ones I missed. This is a big craggy expertly detailed and sharp capture of trees of all sizes and shapes, across a big hilly landscape. The left-front tree seems to be the end of a 'line' of them---like a chorus line, lined up. And fine detail in the needles and leaves. With background hills that seem desolate, though dappled with greenery. A striking shot, filled with lots of sharp energies. And very, very pleasing and full.
