I've heard about your blizzard, and it's a doozy. I hope you and all you love are safe and that it'll be over soon. (We have windy icy rain, but our storm the outer 'tail' of the huge system that hit you all between the eyes.) Fine mysterious enticing cover, Steve, with a bit of creepiness and danger just under the surface, and your usual fine details across your image. I love the planks and pieces of wood, the crates, the tilted decayed painting, the cracked walls, the rat hissing at the lady, the knife, etc---your pieces always have so many things that draw us in. And the woman looks fierce enough, even if she's on the cusp of danger. Fine lighting too, from behind, and from that old lamp. I like your font work too. And the astrological floor design. I wish you luck with all these competitions, and I hope they bring you recognition and money (if they pay). A fine book cover. Good luck with the storm. I hope it's over soon!
